These terms govern the services provided by Southlake Garage Doors Repair Pros ("we", "us", "our"), located at 321 State St, Southlake, TX 76092. By scheduling or accepting service from us, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide garage door repair and related services in Southlake, TX and surrounding areas. The specific work to be performed will be described and agreed upon before any service begins. We reserve the right to decline service requests that fall outside our service area or our scope of work.

Estimates and pricing

We provide a price before starting any work. That price covers the labor and parts described at the time of the estimate. If additional problems are found during the repair, we will tell you before proceeding and get your approval for any additional cost. We do not begin work you have not agreed to.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and major credit cards. If payment is not received at the time of service, we reserve the right to pursue collection through lawful means. Any disputed charges must be raised with us directly and promptly after service is completed.

Warranty

We stand behind our work. If a repair we performed fails within 30 days under normal use, we will return and correct it at no additional labor charge. This warranty covers the specific repair performed and does not extend to unrelated components or damage caused by misuse, impact, or power surges. Parts may carry separate manufacturer warranties.

Scheduling and cancellations

We schedule service calls based on availability and location. We will give you an estimated arrival window when you book. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us as early as possible so we can adjust our schedule. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule if conditions prevent safe or effective service.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service performed. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from our work or from a delay in service. We carry liability insurance and are licensed in the state of Texas.
